You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return all or part of it for a full refund. We will gladly refund the full amount, provided the items are returned in the same condition in which you received them.
We ask that the following requirements be met:
- The item(s) must be in original condition and packaging.
- The item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
- The item(s) must not be maliciously damaged. This will not be tolerated.
- All items are marked with a visible, unique protective ID-TAG. Any attempt to remove or destroy it will result in the loss of the right of return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any items that do not meet the above requirements.
Free Return Shipping:

Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label or instructions on how to return the item for free.
Refund or Exchange:
After receiving the returned items and inspecting them, we will process your refund or exchange as requested. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the return has been processed.
